We bring a bowl and add the following ingredients in it (chopped tomatoes - onions, cut - 3 garlic cloves), then add half a cup of water to them and then put them on the stove for a quarter of an hour (15 minutes)

After a quarter of an hour has passed, we leave the bowl to cool completely, then use an electric mixer to mix these ingredients and add to them the spices (a teaspoon of garlic powder - a teaspoon of onion powder - a teaspoon of salt - a teaspoon of thyme - a teaspoon of brika - a quarter of a teaspoon black pepper) A teaspoon of oil.

Second, pizza dough

**Ingredients

* 1 kilo of flour

2 tablespoons of sugar

Half a spoonful of salt

* 2 tablespoons of instant yeast

* 2 tablespoons of powdered milk

* Warm water for kneading

Add to a kilo of flour (2 tablespoons of sugar - half a tablespoon of salt - 2 tablespoons of powdered milk) and mix these dry ingredients well

 

After mixing well, add a quarter cup of oil to the mixture and use an electric kneader (preferably) or kneading by hand, but the mixing must be good

 

Then we add warm water (it should not be cold or hot, it should be warm) gradually (important gradually) in stages with the continued kneading

 

Then add two tablespoons of white vinegar and continue kneading until the dough holds together and you get a perfect dough

We use a plate and put the dough in it to ferment with wrapping the dish and leave the dough in a warm place to ferment

 

After the dough is fermented, it is cut into portions according to the required size

 

We take a portion after cutting it from the dough and spread it (in a circle or as desired) on a surface (do not forget to put oil on this surface before the rolling process on it)

 

We put the dough after rolling it out in the bowl that will enter the oven

 

We use a fork to make some holes in the dough, and then leave the dough for ten minutes before entering the oven

 

Add to the dough the sauce that we have prepared (we spread a medium amount of it on the dough, not too much)

 

We add toppings as desired (olives - colored pepper - chicken - minced meat - seafood) We do not add the mozzarella cheese in this step

 

 

 

Heat the oven and put it at a suitable temperature

 

We put the bowl containing the pizza into the oven

 

We take out very shortly before completion of cooking (that is for a very short time) and put the mozzarella cheese with the grill on until the cheese melts.
